Your information.
A clear purpose.

This policy explains how Utah Gutter Cleaning Pros uses information you provide when requesting a gutter-cleaning quote.

What we collect

When you submit the form, we collect your name, phone number, property address, city, ZIP code, number of stories, any optional notes, and your agreement to be contacted. We also collect a request identifier, submission time, and any advertising campaign parameters in your page URL (including UTM tags and ad click identifiers).

How we use and share it

We use your information to forward your request to our independent gutter-cleaning contractor, who may call or text you about your quote, service availability, and scheduling. Utah Gutter Cleaning Pros is a referral service; the contractor handles the service agreement and payment directly with you. We do not use this form to sign you up for a marketing newsletter or distribute your request to a marketplace of contractors.

Services that process information

Cloudflare provides hosting and spam protection through Turnstile. Security checks may process technical information such as IP address and browser information. Google Apps Script delivers accepted quote requests to a private Google Sheet used to manage inquiries and contractor follow-up. Website fonts are hosted locally. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

Storage and security

The website stores accepted quote requests in a private Google Sheet. It does not keep a separate customer database or store form details in your browser after you close or reload the page. Google, the contractor, and the hosting provider may retain records needed to respond to your request, perform services, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Website traffic uses encrypted HTTPS when deployed on Cloudflare. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

Submitting a request is optional. To stop follow-up, correct your request, or ask about deleting your information, tell the contractor when they contact you. To withdraw a request before you hear back, use the original ad or social account that directed you to this page to contact Utah Gutter Cleaning Pros. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the optional notes field.

Advertising and analytics

The page passes campaign tags and ad click identifiers, when present, along with your request to help identify which ad generated the inquiry. No advertising pixels or analytics scripts are installed in this version. Cloudflare Turnstile may use essential browser storage for security.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the service or information practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
